For now, implement the check on backwards jump as-is. It should only need to
do "if(thread->aborted) ...", which won't be too bad. And I might be able to
arrange to inline that in the unroller, further reducing the overhead (it's
tricky to find the "thread" in the unroller, but not impossible).
