Details:

This patch provides full ARM eabi support for libjit.
It has been tested on a debian armel system running in qemu.

All of libjit's internal tests pass. This patch has also been tested with the
set of regression tests of ILDJIT (http://ildjit.sourceforge.net/) a DotNet
dynamic compiler using LibJit.
