Hi, I don't know how you came acrosso Dragora but I suspect that's
because you value freedom, if that is so I recommend you to take a look
at replicant.us and use their sdk if possible, the setup process for
you dev enviroment is like stated by apm, if you have what it takes(you
don't need to be a super-hacker, just have will to learn) then it's not
that hard.
Regarding the laptops, Dragora should work properly with any laptop that
supports working only with free software, take a look at h-node.org to
check specific hardware components and laptops that work entirelly with
free software.
