[Duplicity-talk] full and incrementals

Hi all,

I would love to be able to 'prune' the full backups of data that is no longer required.

Currently, to clean out the old stuff (eg 6 month old), you have to do a full backup.  this is not a good option as the backup set is large, and the network link is slow.

The full backup set is broken up into 5mb files, so it would be nice if it were able to figure out which of those full backup files it could delete - eg the original files have been deleted from the home directory.   This isn't currently possible... right?

cheers
Paul
