You need to set the librsync path when you do the install.

setup.py -librsync /sw

or whatever cygwin needs to find the librsync.

I'm trying to get Duplicity running on cygwin but I'm getting
"ImportError: No such file or directory" when import __librsync gets
run. I have installed librsync and Duplicity builds and installs with
python setup.py install without complaint. I've also manually
specified the directory for librsync (/usr) with no change. I have
installed several related Python modules that are supposedly needed
and this hasn't helped anything. I have reinstalled librsync,
currently trying a recompilation. I am using Duplicity 0.6.11.

Any help here is appreciated.
