[Duplicity-talk] Fixing backups to scp/sftp absolute paths

Hi.

I believe a bug was introduced in trying to fix backups to relative 
paths on scp/sftp backends (in rev. 740) : it will now work on relative 
paths but no longer on absolute ones AFAICT.

Just in case nobody would have noticed the bug here :

I've provided a patch that may help.

It would be nice to have in next release.
