[Duplicity-talk] another issue with duply and GnuPG 2.1

Hej,

GnuPG's --export-secret-keys command isn't supplied with the passphrase, which 
is now mandatory in GnuPG 2.1. 
The attached patch seems to fix the issue, which occurs only when you run a new 
duply profile for the first time, since duply is then extracting the secret key 
to the profile directory.
