[edu-eu] Romania: 1, 500 Teachers Will Learn to Create Educational Software

Hello,

I just read an article about 1500 teachers learning how to create
educational software (a little old: Sep 2009):

which sounds like a perfect project for Free Software, but the article
doesn't mention it with any word.

The link leads to a romanian government site:

Does anybody know if they are aware of Free Software and/or if they are
actually developing Free Software?

Alternatively, is there anybody here, who speaks Romanian and could
check on this?
