this word „Implementatierungen“ does not exist – it should be „Implementationen“ or „Implementierungen“ (all plural):

Thanks for the report.  However, translation bugs should be reported to
the translation team, as we can't fix it upstream.  I've added them in
cc (per the X-Bugs: comment in de.po), and then closed the upstream bug.

That is a rather old distro; the bug may already be fixed if you were to
use something newer.
