Please find patch below.  Builds successfully with tests, verified signature,
and did basic sanity check in guix environment.

I have 4 tests that fail — I believe that may be due to my local set up, as
7.1.6 failed to build with tests for me too.  Would someone be able to try to
reproduce on x86_64?
