I made changes
to lwlib long ago which would provide limited support for that, but
they had broken last I tried them.
Are they installed now? If so, can you send me a test case so I can
fix them (if you don't want to debug them yourself)?
I wonder--do the various toolkits support the ctext coding system? If so,
would displaying multilingual menus be as simple as encoding with ctext
before passing the menu item names to the toolkit?
