The general concept of disable-command is interesting (I wasn't aware of
it until now), but the UI of disable-command isn't userfriendly. At the
moment I recommend to stay away from disable-command usage.

1. non-English native speakers will not understand what Emacs wants to
   know.

2. Feature request: please assing faces to *Help*. And:

3. Make it a proper pop-up, please. When the docstring is a little bit
longer, the user will not see the explanation at the bottom of
*Help*; on my 800x600 laptop display the Emacs frame is only 30
lines long. Bug: I didn't find a way to scroll down this special
   help window with scroll-bar disabled.

4. Bug: Whenever Emacs appends somehting like

    (put 'save-buffer 'disabled nil)

to .emacs it adds one more empty line before the statement.
