Make list-matching-lines-face a custom variable

Hi, is there any reason why list-matching-lines-face is not a custom
variable?

If not, here's a suggested patch to do so.  It also makes the default
value 'isearch-lazy-highlight-face, rather than 'bold, though perhaps
inheritance would be better.
