I've rearranged APEL/FLIM/SEMI to merge into GNU Emacs in 2000--2002.
The result is available via anonymous CVS:

    % cvs -d :pserver:address@hidden:/cvs/root login
    CVS password: [CR] # NULL string 

    % cvs -z9 -d :pserver:address@hidden:/cvs/root co lemi

SEMI related codes included in LEMI is already covered by assignment
papers.
