Hi all,

I'm attempting to compile Emacs from CVS anonymous checkout (using :ext:address@hidden:/cvs-2003-09-16/emacs) on Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) and keep getting an error:

gcc -c -fpascal-strings -fno-common -DMAC_OSX -I../mac/src -Demacs -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/usr/local/src/emacs/src -fpascal-strings -fno-common -DMAC_OSX -I../mac/src -Dtemacs -g -O2 fileio.c make[1]: *** No rule to make target `regex.h', needed by `dired.o'. Stop.
make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2

I expect there must be a simple solution to this problem, but I don't know what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
