Oops, I post to the list via Gmane which converts "Mail-Copies-To:
never" to "Mail-Followup-To: mailing-list-address" (see
http://gmane.org/conv.php).  But it shouldn't do this if there's
already a M-F-T present or I should remove the M-C-T in this case.

We may (additionally) replace all but character considered to be safe
(say [-_.A-Za-z] or similar) if people really think that this makes
sense.  E.g. »a`b&c$d"e'f.foo« could become »a_b_c_d_e_f.foo«.
