\n and \t warnings...

Since I am programming a lot in TeX, I get warnings about \n and \t
quite often, like when searching/replacing \textwidth or so. That is
annoying. I don't think anybody will mind if I turn off those
warnings for non-regexp query/replace stuff, right? I mean, in those
contexts \ is never special, anyway, and there is no way to write
\textwidth without writing \t. I'll also turn off the warning if we
have \\n as regexp which is a legal replacement string.
Nobody has an issue with that, right?
