OK, I did it. If the old file dialog is used, Open in toolbar and menu
does not set mustmatch.

I think Gnome is quite determined regarding this, the old file dialog
will be removed. It has some serious bugs w.r.t. international characters
in file names, and nobody is working on that. Also, by default, Gnome
applications use the new one, so I think the new one should be default
as it is more familiar by now.
