   instead.  Does that fix this problem?

It does fix this particular problem, provided that Chong grepped for
all places that check for the Custom state being standard.  They
should now normally check for standard or themed, because standard or
themed are essentially equivalent.  The main reason to distinguish
between them is to provide proper info to the user.
