Please try this with the latest code.
(set-fontset-font
"fontset-utf8" 'han
"-*-WCD-*-*-*-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-0" 'prepend)
Please note that fontset related code still doesn't accept
a font-config-like font name.
