It is a mechanical change without room for creative expression (which
is what copyright protects).  Should not require a copyright
assignment unless you wrote a particularly expressive ChangeLog entry.
But the latter can be replaced easily by a stock one.

Which sounds a bit harsh.  However, if your above list is complete, it
would not seem to cause a problem in the current situation.
