You've not answered the first part of my question. It's not clear to me that
the logs will be in the Emacs repository at Savannah at all, arch or otherwise.
Even if they are accessible from the Emacs repository using arch only, I'm not
sure that's desirable. AFAIK most of us don't still know how to use it.
