After installing new release and yesterdays cvs-emacs
afterward

* Elisp: (elisp).       The Emacs Lisp Reference Manual.

wasn't longer present in info-tree.

File `dir' from `/usr/local/share/info', were it was installed, was not 
reachable.

Beside: `/usr/local/share/info' was not in $INFOPATH, though installation took 
place there.

Changing that var brought no effect.

Solved it by customizing

(Info-additional-directory-list (quote ("/usr/local/share/info")))

Should this occur otherwise too, maybe someone
may look at it.
