OS X: load-path on self-contained build |

Hello,
On Mac OS X, emacs (22.1) has the following "load-path" variable, if
it is built with 'self-contained' option. I don't understand why
<lisp> directory is prior to <site-lisp> directory. It seems that
the below load-path comes from the environment variable
EMACSLOADPATH, which is defined in l.5339 ~ 5352 in mac.c (emacs 22.1).
$ cd mac
$ ./make-package --self-contained
load-path's value is:
/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/lisp
/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/lisp/url
...(snip)...
/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/leim
/Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/site-lisp
Sincerely,
Seiji Zenitani
