Our previous discussion concluded that we need to turn on auto-save in
*scratch*.
People's complaints show that some details of this need to be changed.
We need to change the details of saving and auto-saving *scratch* so
that this doesn't inconvenience users who are not interested in it.
Would people please turn attention to desiging those details? We can
add new code in the low levels of auto-saving, if necessary, in order
to make this work in the most convenient possible way.
I am sorry that I have been too busy to fix this up further myself.
