Oh yeah.  I just reused a user/email map file from another project.
Having extra pairs is fine.

I had to look up some using other means (e.g., google),
and maybe that was one of them.  I didn't keep notes.

In that case, perhaps I found/used the author name, rather
than the committer name.  IMHO, that's what should be used
in any case, to properly credit the author.  And it's probably ok,
since there were so few changes by that uid.
