Yes, I delete everything first. This is essentially what I do after that:

    cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/emacs co
emacs

    cd emacs\nt
    cvs update -kb

Hm, I forgotten added this, maybe that is the trouble now?:

    cd emacs\leim\CXTERM-DIC
    cvs update -kb *.tit


And then I bootstrap the normal way on w32:

    cd emacs\nt
    make --debug=b bootstrap
