Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the address@hidden mailing list.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Hello,

Note that this may not be a bug but insufficient knowledge about
fontsets on my side.

Emacs insist on choosing a double width font to display unicode line
drawing characters.

I tried

(set-fontset-font "fontset-monaco"
                  '(#x2000 . #x27FF)
                  '("DejaVu Sans Mono" . "iso10646-1"))

and

(set-fontset-font "fontset-monaco"
                  '(#x2000 . #x27FF)
                  "-*-dejavu sans mono-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1")

but emacs still insists on using some other font. The characters are
in the DejaVu fonts. Here is the output of C-u C-x =:

        character: │ (9474, #o22402, #x2502)
preferred charset: unicode (Unicode (ISO10646))
       code point: 0x2502
           syntax: _ which means: symbol
         category: a:ASCII graphic characters 32-126 (ISO646 IRV:1983[4/0])
                   c:Chinese h:Korean j:Japanese
      buffer code: #xE2 #x94 #x82
file code: #xE2 #x94 #x82 (encoded by coding system utf-8-unix)
display: by this font (glyph code)
     -ISAS-Song ti-Medium-R-Normal--16-160-72-72-c-160-GB2312.1980-0 (#x2926)

If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
    `bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
If you would like to further debug the crash, please read the file
/home/dhansen/share/emacs/23.0.60/etc/DEBUG for instructions.
