auto-save-visited-file-name: "file changed. really edit?"

I find that when I set `auto-save-visited-file-name' to t,
Emacs keeps prompting me whether to really edit the buffer, given that its file has changed. Given the way auto-saving works, one tends to get A LOT of these questions while typing. It really shouldn't ask in this situation.
