replying to bug closed reports...

When one replying to a closed doesn't seem to work, I tried to reply
to the attached message, and got back the following:

When using rmail and automatic filtering, the filtering rules ignore
the fact that a message has been marked as read.  Thus, if you look at
a message multiple times, rmail will refilter it.
