If we need two different operations, the normal way is to
use two different keys.

I'm using <up> and <down> (arrow keys) for visual line move,
and C-p and C-n for logical line move.  At least, this
setting please myself all the time.

I'm also using <C-left> and <C-right> for
beginning-of-visual-line and end-of-visual-line
respectively.  This is very convenient too.
