This morning 'bzr up' fails: $ bzr upbzr: ERROR: Transport error: Server refuses to fulfill the request (403 Forbidden) for http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/r/emacs/trunk/.bzr/branch-format
Up to a few hours ago (this night, rev. 99249) it worked just fine (I use it since 20091228).
