D'accord. D-Bus is designed for inter process communication, like
Corba. Maybe we could introduce a subdirectory "lisp/ipc".

OTOH, there are discussions to extend the scope of D-Bus over the
machine boundary. Telepathy Tubes[1] is a first implementation. Packages
using this feature would be OK in "lisp/net" (secrets.el does not belong
to this category).

I'm completely open to your decision.
