I've tried to connect the debbugs soap interface via
"http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi-bin/soap.cgi";, the response is

Is there a chance to enable the soap interface on debbugs.gnu.org? I
have some Elisp code which worked on the previous
"http://emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com/cgi-bin/soap.cgi";; maybe it is worth
to continue the work.

This code, btw, works also on "http://bugs.debian.org";.
