Is there a newer one I should be using instead? What is it? Where can I
find it documented?

$ nslookup bzr.sv.gnu.org
gives "Address: 140.186.70.72". Is 140.186.70.72 a correct address with
which to access the bzr repository? If so, what else is wrong?
