First of all, thanks a lot.

But your theme is not a custom theme, it's a color-theme for
color-theme.el.  These are different things. ;-)

Have a look at the few existing custom themes at

  http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/etc/themes

It shouldn't be too hard to transform your color-theme into a custom
theme.
