Revision 103946 on the trunk lifted the limitation of buffer size to
below 2GB. This allows Emacs on 64-bit hosts to have buffers and
visit files larger than 2GB. (32-bit builds are still limited to
512MB buffers.)
Please try this if you have enough physical memory, and please report
as bugs any problems you find with such large buffers.
