It started having problems about 12 hours ago, and Savannah was down hard
this morning, for at least thirty minutes; I couldn't even connect to the
bzr server.
I just now tried to commit the patch, and the bzr server was up.
The commit took several minutes but it finally worked (bzr 104480).
So you can ignore the patch in my previous message.
I also tried to visit
http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/lh/emacs
and it's hanging for quite some time (several minutes).
I have a trouble ticket in with Savannah Administration
<https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?107714>.
