It was supposed to be brought down about 48 hours ago for upgrade.
About 24 hours ago, I couldn't commit, and complained to Savannah
admins. See

So something was definitely wrong, and probably some downtime did
happen.

It's instantaneous here, FWIW. Going to trunk/src/ took 2-3 seconds.
