I sometimes find that the Ispell dictionary in a buffer
gets set back to English after I explicitly specified
French or Spanish.
I cannot give a test case because I have never been able to recognize
what events cause this to happen. If I could reproduce it, I'd have
debugged it myself by now. I am reporting it in the hope someone
else gets an idea or will see a pattern.
