Starting with the fact that we shouldn't be providing that software in
the first place...

Even if I don't use, and don't want to use, and don't plan to use, and
don't even want to know that the binary somehow included, the GnuTLS
DLL?

If someone creates an installer for Emacs, I don't care what the defaults are.
