This happens because of this line in gnutls.texi:

> address@hidden ../../info/gnutls

which is not what you told Make:

> +emacs-gnutls : $(infodir)/emacs-gnutls
> +$(infodir)/emacs-gnutls: emacs-gnutls.texi
> +     $(mkinfodir)
> +     cd $(srcdir); $(MAKEINFO) $(MAKEINFO_OPTS) $<

So Make wants to produce 'emacs-gnutls', while your makeinfo command
above produces 'gnutls'.

Looks good to me.  Please also change info/dir by adding the
appropriate menu item there at the right place.

Are the copyright years correct? did this file really exist prior to
year 2012?
