I compile emacs from git daily. Today under the packages list org shows a 0706 update, but when I select it it doesn't allow me to upgrade, with this message.
Status: Installed in `/home/susan/.emacs.d/elpa/org-20120703/', shadowing a built-in package. Version: 20120703
Is this a bug? Shouldn't I be able to get the most current update/
