You could tag the tests somehow. If there is a set of common tags then
you can easily prevent those tagged 'longrunning' or 'broken' from
running.

Okay, thanks pointing at.
Let's outline though a little bit the matter: When having a list of tests pointing at bug-reports, several of this tests will have similarities. Maybe some of them might be
dropped again as redundant. From others a more smart test might derived, aiming at a couple of possible errors at once.
IMHO from a certain level it pays to reflect a more intelligent, abstract
test-writing you would do from one bug to another.
