`point-entered' is the wrong tool for that: it can be triggered a million
times (and in several buffers) during the run of a single command.
`point-entered' is evil and needs to die.
So, for your suggestion, we'll need a new property `cursor-entered' or
something like that.

I don't see we'd need two functions for that. `popup-context-menu'
should be able to handle both cases.
