We don't need lots of clearing houses of useful libraries. A single clearing house should suffice. A simple (casual) remark: 1. Put in GNU ELPA. 2. Accept contributions only from Assigned or Disclaiming parties will do great good. This remark may or may not work. Atleast it will be heard.
