2.6b1, unless you build your own Windows binary. Neither the 2.6b2 nor
the official 2.6 releases have been distributed as Windows binaries.

I happen to like Bazaar and dislike git, but I don't think supporting
Windows is a strong point of the Bazaar project (nor git's, truth be
told).
