Maybe that means we should not try to represent markup in braille.  We
never made that a goal.

However, we do represent markup on a tty, in Emacs and in the standalone
Info reader.  I don't want to abandon that functionality (which I use).

This is one argument for keeping semantic markup.

However, we could still replace Info format with some other format
that is more powerful and/or more widely supported, such as HTML-Info.
