This is to let the other developers know that the dynamic-loading branch -- which was specially exempted from the feature freeze due to its maturity on the week of the freeze -- is going into the emacs-25 branch this week. I'm making this note here so that there is no surprise at seeing a large feature enter that branch. Many thanks to Ted for getting this ready! John
