Hi Katsumi, why was this pushed to emacs-25? I don't see any discussion in
debbugs marking this as a release blocking issue, no matter how small it may
seem. At this point, any push to the emacs-25 branch requires approval from
the maintainers. We will be cutting a release candidate within days.
